Queen Seraphina

Queen Seraphina is a childhood friend of Miss Lilly's, who is now the Queen of Mouseland. She might have been inspired by the late Princess Diana, also Queen Serphina wears the same trademark sky-blue gown. Queen Seraphina's husband, King Ferdinand, is often referred to in the original book series. She speaks Victorian with an Victorian accent.
